Tlemcen, on December 8th, 2024, the central library new pole hosted today a fascinating conference on decarbonizing cities thanks to artificial intelligence.

Organized as part of the 50th anniversary of Abou Bekr Belkaid University, this meeting brought together researchers, students, and local actors around a theme of current events. 

Fouzi Benkhelifa, CEO and co-founder of NEXQT, presented his innovative platform that uses AI to help the cities reduce their carbon footprint.

The lecturer highlighted the potential technologies to optimize energy management, improve transportation, and reduce pollution. 

This conference was an opportunity to recall the importance of innovation and research in addressing the environmental challenges.
